I finally got a haircut... get this... at an airforce base. It's short! hehe. I was expecting as much though so I'm not terribly shocked. It's really great rolling out of bed and having my hair look exactly the way it's supposed to. I'm going to save money on shampoo too! ahh, you're in a chair too. may i ask how you landed in one and your level of injury?

I'm not injured, just extremely lazy. :P

actually, I really was not injured but born with a birth defect called spina-bifida. A small portion of my spinal cord and vertebrae did not develop normally at the level of Lumbar 1 and 2, making me paralyzed from above the knees, down. I used a walker and leg braces until I was about 9 but quickly discovered that using a wheelchair was faster and easier.

ahh, spinal-bifida. i was in a car accident (ejected from the car) which resulted in me breaking my neck at the C5-C6 level. i'm a quad with arm movement, but no hand function. very frustrating, but i've learned to adapt. ^_^
