Yes, it turns out Peter Firth wasn't just trolling us all for kicks (though he probably was a bit), there is an actual, genuine Spooks movie in the works.

I was excited until I heard who the writers were. Seasons 9 & 10 were just unwatchable for me. It's a cool idea to have a movie, but if they're going that way, couldn't they do it as kind of a reboot or AU version? Have Tom and Zoe with some newbies trying to find Harry? It they wanted to be completely bizarre, they could throw in Adam, Lucas and Danny.

Guess we'll see how it all turns out!

I said way back when Peter started bandying the news about that if they seriously did make the film, I would just sit back and enjoy the lol's because what. Especially with those writers. We could make a bingo card of crazy nonsense that will happen and laugh :)
