I like fresh moz, basil, tomato together with olive oil and maybe a little vinegar... and then on really good bread. it's a mild cheese so it goes with almost everything, I think. good in sandwiches. (you didn't mean recipes for how to make it did you, cuz that...seems pretty impossible) I always did like foodtv.net for recipes.
tell me how to make the amazing vegan chocolate mousee and the curry--I'm salivating over here. especially cuz chickpeas+curry=drool.
