Under certain circumstances, I'm willing to let the idiocy of some people backfire on them, thereby removing themselves from the general populace and gene pool. But this is a public health issue. Vaccines have a limited period of efficacy - even those of us who were immunized as infants still run the risk, however slight, of contracting some of those diseases as adults.

This sort of stupidity and blatant disregard for the wellfare of one's own progeny is just criminal.
