K, so Prop 8 has lost. How to turn this around? How to make this a beginning rather than an end

If I get the latest rulings right, to repeal Prop 8 would be a revision of the California Constitution and would require 2/3. That was the deal when they were trying ot figure out what the proper wording of Prop 8 was gonna be. 66% is pretty much outside of the realm of reason at the moment, but it could happen a decade down teh line.

All hope lies in the hands of the courts.

Why wait until 2010? There are elections every year. Sure, there doesn't HAVE to be an election in 2009, whereas in 2010 we have to have an election for members of Congress, but there is almost always some sort of election in November.
