Best WTF award is right. Holy crap.

Some of those are disappointing. I like the group ones, those are fun. And you can never go wrong with Queen Elizabeth.
But even tho i don't watch Psych, I'm gonna go with that. Dude actually looks like Tom Cruise as Lestat.
