I don't know all the shows mentionned but I agree that Fringe should have been in the top 10, along with Terriers and Sherlock that is in my opinion the best adaption of Sherlock Holmes I ever seen. And what about Misfits? I just discover this show and it's amazing!

ia about Misfits, it's totally underappreciated by US press, but at least it's getting more recognition with the new season

Yes but it's maybe a good thing because that way we won't have to suffer a remake of it like with Being human... :/

I agree about Misfits. This list only has 1 British show and it's not even in the top 10!

I love that Community is number one, but i disagree on soo many things:
1) IA about Fringe, it was one of the best (if not the best) sci-fi shows of the year
2) s4/s5 Dexter >>> this year's Mad Men (and i love both shows and actually think that this season of Mad Man was pretty good)
3) Chuck #4??? What?? If it was popular this year doesn't mean it was that good.
4) Lost should have been lower, s5 >>>>> s6 imo, and i'm not even mentioning the finale.
5) Sherlock deserved to be in top 10.

but i do agree with And seriously, if you didn’t cry when Vincent lay down next to the triumphant but dying Jack, then you are more of a soulless zombie than Sayid ever pretended to be.

Oh God, I cannot watch this scene without crying. It was the perfect way to end the show, despite the hot mess that was the final episode.

I'm kind of in awe that they gave the number 1 spot to Community. It's such a fantastic and cleverly written show and so very, very above the typical standard set for most comedies now-a-days and it really deserves the credit. Now I just wish more people would start watching and enjoying it!

yes, it's so amazing, i wish it would get more recognition. i was so mad when it wasn't even nominated for Emmy this year.

Ugh, the Emmys. They're like the best way to piss me off, seriously. I can't watch them without yelling angrily at my TV set.

same, they are almost as bad as the Oscars

I'll agree to NCIS, Pysch, Eureka, and the Vampire Diaries.

Mostly, because those are some of my favorite shows to watch.

I love that Community is at the top but Caprica is sadly absent from this list :(

ugh, Caprica is on my "must see" list, but with all studying i don't have time to sit and watch it.

Is Caprica as good as BSG?

sancta_terra December 11 2010, 18:01:03 UTC
It's totally different so imo you can't compare. It sometime seems a lot slower, but the ending was better than BSG's even though it wasn't supposed to be an ending and BSG's was.
