I tend to consider myself a stand up comic nerd, but, I just don't get the appeal of this guy. I like Nick Swarsdon's new show on Comedy Central though.

It's good. I really like that he doesn't transition between skits buy doing that talking to the audience moment that everyone has been ripping off from Chappelle.

I'm not big on Demetri Martin, but him on CBS feels weird. but I don't know who Jim Parsons is, so maybe CBS is funnier than I thought?

i love demetri martin, i saw a taping of his show & he's a really nice guy, some of his sketches were definitely misses, mostly the ones involving other people, but hopefully being on a bigger network will help with that (read: higher-quality costars & co-writers). it's mostly his delivery that makes his jokes so great, he says things as if he's just wondering them & the audience is like why the heck would you ever wonder that? he's really clever. like his pie chart on procrastination (a circle)
