Um, she said it was fine that they gave 3 weeks notice. It's illegal what she's doing. How can he not fight it?

Have him look through his lease. I know that if you break a lease they can charge you for every month that an apartment isn't rented until your lease is up.

But, you need to give me your contact information! I'm supposed to be up in Grant on June 21 for Jackson's doctor appointment. It depends on how it goes, though. He'll be getting his shots. Usually he does really well, but last time he was kinda irritated.

You don't have my phone #? I'll give you my addy when we move in, but you should have my #... lol.

Mike signed no lease. There was no written or verbal lease. Mike said he was just going to stay there for a month or two until he could save up money for a diff apartment. She said ok. They're taking her to court. Staci Chase and Katey Sullivan have rented the apartment so it was only unoccupied for about three days. Mike went down there today to get his money and she said that she didn't have the money. Hello... They just paid at least $875 for a deposit and rent. How can she not have the money? She said that he'll get his money in 45 days because she needs some "security"... They're taking her to court. Jeremy has also told the city that twice, people have fell through the steps leading to the apartment and that they're unsafe. I have pictures. So yeah... I don't know why she's doing this.

Oh, you said, "I have a nifty little phone at my house" and I thought you meant maybe a land line at the apartment you'll be getting. But, no, I do not have your cell phone number. I have your old one saved in my phone. I don't know why your new one isn't in there...

I don't know how much they can do without a lease if they (Mike or whoever) takes her to court.
