Thanks to thousands of people for repeating the mistake shown in that episode of Father Ted where the Pope bans a film, the three priests chain themselves to the front of the cinema and thus more people go to see the film to see what the fuss was about.

I saw about half of it and then got bored. I wouldn't pay £5 to see it nevermind £25-£50. I have to admit that it was better than the real Jerry Springer shows which are the biggest load of crap. So bad they are embarrassing. I know a family in the states [I spent easter day with them one year and still email the Mom] and one of the daughters, her cousin and boyfriend were on a show. As everyone knows they are told what to say and how to act and even what to wear in order to make it sensationlist tv. It wouldn't be so bad if it weren't like that.

I found it amusing because it's taking the piss out of the TV show, not because it was like the TV show. And it was quite witty.

To be honest, I'd be happy to pay an extra 20 quid this year if the BBC *would* screen the play which caused all the complaints in Birmingham.
