This is the most amazing story. The dialogue, the plot, the setting: ALL OF IT. I am in awe and in love with the whole thing.

I absolutely adore your fic; the world you create is so grimy and noirish and yet so recognisably Trek as well. Fabulous stuff, well done!

What a lovely thing to say. If someone says I am recognisably trek, that is the biggest compliment. I do love Karl Urban though. I normally write TOS but I just love NuMcCoy and Chekov so much that it had to be 2009. Thank you :-)

there are no words for how much I love this story and for how much I enjoyed working on the fanmix. the world you built here was so very Trek and yet not and you used so many people in familiar ways and yet tweaked them just enough to view them all with a fresh perspective. your OCs were wonderful. poor Crimson. and oh! Gaila's mute friend and when she had McCoy block her vocal cords because having a voice meant no one listened anymore! ngl, totally cried at that.
