Sources for Vulcan Emotional Control Techniques

Hi there does anyone have some sources for research for the Vulcan principles (when they are taught as children) the principles of emotional control. I think it is called principles "ctia" where you cast out of emotional and you find your center. Can anyone help with this ( Read more... )

Thanks! One more thing I need a story that has a good ponfarr specially what is going on in a vulcan's mind and how the one they feel when they are mating. Any suggestions?

Cast out fear, anger, hatred ( not doing all emotions because our dear hatter is not vulcan

You know, the first thing I thought of was an older TOS Spock/Chapel AU fic called The Castaways by Cheree Cargill (highly recommended even though it's not S/U). The story is really long...novel length. But chapter 6, almost two/thirds of the way down has a really good (and hot) scene where Spock is in pon farr. Interestingly, Christine enters pon farr too, because she is affected by him through their bond.
