Yah! Thanks tiny skirt, you rock my life!!

My prompt: Uhura buys Spock some V-Day chocolates, but doesn't know the effect they'll have. Spock doesn't either....

How fun!

My prompt: Uhura has never thought much about Valentines Day. After-all, it's not a real holiday, and unlike in the United States of America, it is not promoted in the United States of Africa. Spock overhears his Enterprise crew-mates making special plans for the day with their significant others. He finds it only logical that he do the same for his Nyota. Much research and planning ensues, but things don't go quite as he expects, especially Nyota's reaction. Happy ending of-course.

I love that commercial and this story is just adorable. I remember Grandma Alease, I think she introduced Spock to peanutbutter didn't she?

Great idea :-)

Here's mine: First Valentine's day as a couple. Nyota wants to get something for Spock, but can't think what to get. She knows he'll find the holiday "illogical," but she's determined to find some token that will show her affection.

1. Spock surprises Uhura with a Valentine's Day trip (maybe to like his family's beach house or something) because they are still at the Academy and can't go out together without people getting suspicious.

2. Spock and Uhura watch some romantic movie that features a couple who have to keep their love a secret and/or involve disapproving parents or society (idk, something like Romeo + Juliet or The Notebook). Things hit a little too close to home and that triggers some insecurity about their relationship, but they obviously get over it and that leads to fun sexy times.

Nyota always considered herself a reasonable person. A perfectionist and an overachiever, maybe, but she still liked to let lose like every other cadet. Go party like every other cadet. Find love like every other cadet ( ... )

This was lovely, touching. I thought the film may have been "sleepless in Seattle" as the lovers are kept apart.

1. MU--Spock and Uhura celebrate Valentine's Day.

2. Spock & Uhura's first Valentine as a couple. Spock ponders the meaning and history behind the holiday and how it applies to their relationship. (I know this may require some history research but i'd be happy if someone picks it up.)
