Not for the architecture that can sometimes be sterile, cold and unnerving. Not for the hallways and sidewalks teeming with people. Not for the joy writ when stepping out into the arrivals section and seeing your loved one waiting for you. Not for the disappointment at knowing that no one is waiting for you outside Not for the pain at leaving someone behind at the departures Not for the anxiety and the twitches that are the mark of a first time traveller Not for the nonchalance of a frequent traveller Not for the exhaustion of a traveller who is back home and for all the myriad expressions, the gamut of emotions that converge at the place, it's strange indeed.

I've spent tons of hours photographing metal birds at international airports, shopping/grabbing coffee/internet surfing in between.
