I'm looking for Sam saying or doing something to Dean that is stupid and hurtful. I want plain mean Sam no excuse for his actions at all, him just being a total asshole to Dean.

This isn't exactly what you were asking for, but you might enjoy it. Sam and John don't do anything specifically to Dean, but their constant fighting with each other does hurt him, physically as well as emotionally. It's not wincest, it could, sort of, be Dean/OFC. A little bit, it you squint.
