Hm, I think your specific fic might be "Tastes like forgiveness" by DC_Derringer? It's actually both on LJ and AO3. :)

For dark fic, maybe check out the 'dark' tag on Destielfanfic? One of my favorites was this serial killer!AU bij deathtoonormalcy, if you're into that kind of thing.

For the general search, this is Gen, not Destiel, but it's Dean and Cas centric and it's dark (also I think you can totally read stuff between the lines lol ^^)
