Well, I think there are a couple communities for leaving prompts, but I don't remember their names, sorry. Also, I think your chances of a prompt getting picked are better if you post them at comment fic memes, there're always several of them throughout the year.
Oh yeah, I love me a broad set of shoulders and Jensen's definitely fit into that category. The icon was made by obscuragraphics, I found it here if you're interested.
