General Search for Tired, Lethargic Boys

So I'm looking for stories where one or both of the boys (I love Sam or Jared, but Dean or Jensen is fine too) are so tired/hurt/sick/drugged that they don't really know what's going on around them. I've read lots of stories like this...

I'm not sure if this will fit your request or not but Overdose by tifaching has Sam going into a nightmarish trip after trying to end it all with a drug overdose. It's pretty dark but the imagery is amazing!
