What I can do
AU: set between ELAC and Bloodlust. One Winchester decides to rewrite history to give his brother what he thinks he needs

There's the Resurrected John! Verse
After his own unlikely resurrection, John Winchester is bound and determined to find his boys. But he soon finds that death isn’t the clean slate it pretends to be…

I'm currently reading Regrets. It's a long 'verse and it's really good. It's very Sam-centric and has whumpage out the wazoo. I'm up to the third and longest part of the verse and I can't stop reading.

Synopsis: Sam refuses to allow the Crossroads Demon to have his brother.

Basically what it is is this: To save his brother from going to hell, Sam does a deal that has him sent back as his eighteen year old self so that he can kill the YED, change the future and have a second chance with his family and maybe, just maybe, get his happily ever after. But second chances don't always go the way you plan and Sam ends up more alone than he's ever been. He may have prevented John and Dean from being killed but will he lose them forever anyway?

For 3:
Hail-Mary
Summary: Take one newly human ex-angel on the run from Heaven. Combine with one mysteriously resurrected and increasingly pissed off Mary Winchester. Add overtones of Apocalypse. Shake well. (post s9e3)
