Another Runaway!Dean

Are there any fics at all out there where Dean is just fed up with Sam and leaves for good? Like after Dean confronts Sam with Ruby; where Sam's been out of hell for a year and never told Dean; or when Sam let Dean turn into a vampire. I've searched for similar fics but they mostly ended with Dean coming back and forgiving Sam and unfortunately

tehcnically dean comes back here but only once sam has started undergoing changes and that looks set to continue. dean has also healed and has a life of his own and a better self esteme. so your choice: unexpected destinies
