Have you tried the Darkside Verse? It's mix of vids and short fics that has Sam and Dean as demons through 2 different means and it's Destiel as well.
Also, if you don't mind a single non-con kiss with an OC, then I've got a demon!Dean fic that's Destiel. There's not much Sam in it though so it may not be what you want:
