Ok, i dont remember much from this story, but i do remember it was a longer fic, and i believe Dean (it may have been Sam, but im almost sure its Dean) and he was kidnapped when he was really young and kept as a slave (or torture toy) for demons. For your first request, it's not the story you're looking for, but it deals with the same issue and it's brilliant.

Dean disappears on a hunt and after a few years he resurfaces, deaged, and kept prisoner by a bunch of pedophiles who forced him into the porn industry. John and Sam have to rescue him and then find a way to fix him. It's wincest, and almost 300k long.

For your first request, I don't know the fic, but I know one kind of similar. Sam was kidnapped by the YED when he was a baby, and was a slave for him. Dean frees him, and Sam thinks Dean is his new master, but Dean doesn't know it. It's Wincest and past YED/Sam. It's a oneshot at the moment but I'm pretty sure the author intends to write more:

I think your first one is called Bait, but I can't remember who wrote it. It's still a WIP, but it's got something like 28 parts right now. Maybe that will help jog someone else's memory though...
