Looking for imaginary friend Sam or Dean?

I was re-reading kellifer_fic 's story Snuffleupagus And now I'm wondering if there are more fics like that out there.

With Sam having an imaginary friend or with Dean imagining Sam because he's lonely, feverish or because he's crazy? Sam don't have to be imaginary, he can be a ghost, or a demon,perhaps some sort of fey/fairy, maybe inter-dimensional being or

Since he was born Sam's had a companion no one else could see, a guardian, a presence he just doesn't know how to be without. His Dean. As he gets older it becomes a challenge to understand how this companion - never seen by anyone else but perfectly real to him - can still fit into his life and what he wants.
