I'm usually reluctant to join in but I have to agree, the lead-in for the story request is inappropriate for this forum, IMHO. I'm sure it's just fine for any other SPN comm where discussion is encouraged/welcomed but since this is a comm specifically for finding fanfiction, personal opinions about the show and characters seem out of place and can only cause strife.

Wow. Just. Wow. Have we been watching the same show? These boys, being human, struggle with doing the "right thing" all the time. Both of them have made wrong choices for the right reasons throughout the course of the last 7 seasons. In this episode, I think you missed the part where Amy was actually killing people and that moral ambiguity is what led to this outcome. Which brother was right in this scenario? That's up for debate. I do, however, think that Dean's resultant guilt speaks volumes.

In any case, this comm is hardly the place for this kind of rant. You might want to rephrase your request some. I'm sure there are fics out there that will satisfy you.

Really? I'm glad that you're able to admit that because it sure didn't seem that way in your original post.

I guess you can see that language is a powerful thing because your post generated some pretty strong feelings here. Don't get the wrong idea, okay? You're welcome to your opinions... When, where and how you state them are very important, though. You're upset now, but if you stop for a moment and think about the words you used, you'll see that it was inappropriate for this particular setting and that's what got you the response you received. Personally, I don't think anybody got enjoyment out of this exchange. I know I didn't.
