Summary: Jensen's a rock & roll star looking for a break after some setbacks & an encounter with a crazed fan sends him back home to San Francisco after 10 years away. Jared's a young man hiding inside himself after escaping a childhood of horror.
Protecting Jared from a street gang that's stalking the church shelter that helped turn Jensen's life around years earlier he forms a bond of protection for the silent, scarred young man that slowly turns to more when Jared's nightmare returns in the form of the man who kidnapped him as a child & is looking to return Jared back to that life of pain and shame.
It's up to Jensen to teach Jared to trust someone in order to help him protect him but when a piece of Jensen's past surfaces it becomes a test to see who must learn to trust because soon the violence & threats escalate and he must fight more than the legal system or one man's obsession to save Jared.
