I'm chasing a fic where Dean and Jensen are twins and play on a baseball team in highschool and they go up against another team that Castiel is on. Dean stalks Cas a little, dragging Jensen along even though Jensen doesn't want to be dragged along.

It ends with Dean and Cas together and them playing in professional baseball with Dean admitting
