Summary: Following the assassination of their rival fathers, Princes Jared and Jensen are forced into marriage to stop full-out intergalactic war. Yet, things don't go quite as planned when the space pirate ex-boyfriend of one of the bridegrooms decides to stage an impromptu "rescue" mission that sets off a series of events that have consequences far beyond a single wedding ceremony. Summary: Jensen’s world is poisonous and dying, but when he’s given the chance to heal it in exchange for a small favour, he’s skeptical. When it turns out that favour is escorting a spoilt, duty-shirking prince from one kingdom to another so he can get married, Jensen can’t really see how it matters, on a saving-the-world scale. And then he actually meets Jared, and it still doesn’t make sense. But if it saves his world, then Jensen guesses it doesn’t really matter. He’s always been good at doing his job.
