I know I’ve read the first one, but can’t recall title or author. Does this sound familiar: Every time Jensen and Jared make plans to do something, some other friend of Jensen’s takes priority and Jensen forgets about plans with Jared. However you are correct that Jared gets hurt in the first story: he gets mobbed by some overzealous fan girls outside his hotel and falls, hitting his head on the curb, I think, and ends up in the hospital briefly. Jensen had once again blown him off, and doesn’t hear about the accident until later; i think Kripke reads him the riot act. In the second story they do travel; I believe Jensen is trying to make it up to Jared with an impromptu getaway (I personally recall thinking it probably isn’t the best idea for a man with a concussion to fly anywhere, which took me out of the story a bit, but it helped me remember the details). I write all this hoping it’ll spark a memory for someone who is better with recalling authors/titles. Good luck!
The second story was on either Fan Fiction.Net or AO3, I can't remember the name, I have it saved or one very similar to it, will try to find it this weekend. I have a lot of stories saved on both sites....................
