Specific J2 fic (FOUND!)

I remember that Jensen (?) was beaten up and lost some of his memory. He goes to work for a garden center where he runs into Jared. They used to date, but I think Jared left him after finding out Jensen was connected to the mob or something like that. I can’t for the life of me find this story or even remember the title. Any help is appreciated!
