Okay, you guys were great with my last post and I'm on a bit of a Supernatural binge so I am looking for some fic recommendations. All Sam/Dean pairing or gen please. Rating doesn't matter

For #2: You're right that there aren't a bunch of BAMF!Sam fics out there, in the sense that he's the superhero knocking out the bad guys and saving the day - but that's more Dean's style, anyway.

But there *are* a good many excellent fics featuring a very powerful Sam. (While these Sams all have power, I've left out any dark!Sam or evil!Sam fics. Horse of a different color.) Here are some of my favorites:

Morgan's wonderful Stray gives us a calculating, mysterious Sam, as well as the strongest depiction of the bond between the Boys.

also Morgan's White Sand, where both Boys are captured and forced to fight as gladiators (against supernatural creatures).

Zara_zee's and the moon became as blood is a post-apocalypse AU in which Sam is a tribal Hunter and Dean is a psychic preacher. (brothers raised apart)

rei_c's Five Districts, Five Drugs gives us five different Sams, all powerful, all mysterious.

badbastion's and thursdaysister's Sam Winchester's Guide to Blood Magic, a Lovecraftian case fic.
