Looking for fics about self-harming Dean

I am looking for ALL the self harming Dean Winchester fics you have ever come across! I'm not a fan of self harming Sam or Cas, though. And the method of self harm doesn't matter.

Great recs but the last one has Sam self-harming. Just a warning for the op since they mentioned not being a fan of that.
