Hurt/Tortured Dean aftermath

Hi there! Are there any stories about Dean getting tortured and Sam caring for him afterwards? I am particularly interested in the aftermath of the torture, the healing process etc. So, I'm also fine with the torture being "off-screen". Only Gen fics please :)
