Sam's Faith and Hobbies

So I have a couple requests

1) Does anyone know of stories that revolve around Sam's faith? He's shown throughout the series to believe in God and angels. I'm looking for anything that acknowledges his faith. Where maybe an angel who talked to him had heard his prayers or God comments on it.

2) Stories where Sam's developed some hobbies. Finding

1) Sam and faith:

- Devotional, by crowroad. I don't quite know how to describe this one, but it packs a punch. Sam prays on foot and under streams. While he ransacks every resource looking for the way to get the Mark off his brother's arm, he crosses prairies again and again and again, looking for the right devotion. Beautiful imagery, emotionally savage. Highly, highly recommend this one. Gen.

His prayers might burn down the prairie.

Or: Sam tries to walk it all off.

- Heart's Needle, by ameliacareful, features Jesuit!Sam. It's a sequel to Atonement and will probably make more sense if you read that first, but I read them backwards and thoroughly enjoyed both. Gen.

Then halfway across the square Dean recognized his brother’s walk. Sam was wearing priest drag, a cassock and it made him look even taller, if that was possible. His eyes flicked past Dean to Castiel and he smiled at the angel. Cas put his hand on Dean’s shoulder

This was the very story that inspired me to go looking for stories like this! It was great to reread it though
