I don't know that WIP (although it rings a vague bell). Some faves of mine for bottom!Jensen (or switching) fics, with those particular tropes:

Omega and/or carrier Jensen fics
Desperate Times (J2) by hemrage
Summary: Fertility was a life sentence you couldn’t escape from. There weren’t many left who could get pregnant, or make someone pregnant. Human infertility had been progressive - a combination of pollution, disease and genetics. Evolution had decided that the model of Man didn’t work and she was making room for a replacement. No-one had realised how serious the problem was until it was too late to reverse. Female births were an ever increasing rarity in a world of decreasing birth rates. Humanity was on a slow train to extinction, but it wasn’t willing to go quietly.
You've probably read this. It's the ultimate Jensen-mpreg-carrier fic imo. It's very dark though, heed the tags.
