How about this one..it has omega!sam and omega!dean though in this story sam has the problem woth the nomadic lifestyle

It's consensual John/Dean, which I don't normally like either, but in this story, it makes sense. Just thought I'd give you the recommendation, since I love the fic, but I understand if it's just not for you.

I did a general search on AO3 for "omega dean" and found this gem. I was looking for a specific fic to rec to you, I'll have to keep digging for that one.
