For #4, I have a "cheating!Jensen" tag on my Tumblr here. I don't have many since infidelity bums me out.

Here is the page of tags used on my blog. I tend to focus only on bottom!Jared/Sam and warn when there's switching. I also tag posts "nsfw" when the images contain adult content in the posts.

there's over 1200 stories!! i know that there are stories in there that cover the subjects you are interested in!!
