What happens to us by hunters_retreat on AO3. Jensen is raising his Autistic son, Jared is hired as a nanny. I haven't read it yet, but came across it last night.

You're the sky that I fell through by sleepy timetabled also on AO3. Jared is Autistic. This was a touching story.

Thanks so much for the recs! I've just finished reading What Happens to Us by hunters_retreat and it was wonderful! Although it wasn't the specific fic I was looking for, it was exactly the type of fic that I was wanting to read.
