J2 A/B/O or M-preg, dark fic

I read a story a while ago and can´t find it anymore.

Jensen had turned or mated Jared against his will. Jared was pregnant and hated it. I think he commited suiced in the end but I´m not sure.

Can someone help me please.

It's probably not Hostage by fufaraw, but that story does share some of the elements you mentioned. Jared ends up mated to Jensen and pregnant against his will and does not enjoy the pregnancy or have an interest in the child after it is born.

The author also wrote a short story with similar themes with a forced turning where Jared hates his life and does contemplate suicide. That one is Can't always get what you want on Ao3.
