Hi!

Just yesterday I read The Real Thing by ameliacareful on AO3. Jensen wakes up in Dean Winchester's place and spends some time with Sam. The voice mail comes up at some point.

Also, I wasnt aware that Rob Benedict has a stroke back in 2013. Shit. Glad he's okay.

I am very glad that you enjoyed the story, because I wasn't sure that it elaborated on the voice mail and the depression enough to fit your request.

Had to post it anyway, because it was such a coincidence that I read it just yesterday. It is also such a great alternative reality story!
