Sam does regain his soul in chapter 2, its only two chapters long, but the first chapter deals with S!Sam and his attraction/feelings towards Dean. It is wincest however.

This series is pretty dark and wincest but it has soulless!Sam trying to woo Dean. To warn you though, Sam is a serial killer and continues after he gets his soul back. Dean finds out and sticks with him anyway. You are my sunshine by Portrait_of_a_Fool.
