Hey :D if you don't mind self recs, my fic clockwork of lungs fulfils both A & B, in a roundabout sort of way.

There are three fics by ameliacareful that concern this sort of stuff- A Failure of Gravity, House Guest, & Unreal.

Askance's fic body of proof is partially concerned with what happened to Sam in the Cage (it's also excellent & very upsetting.) No Wincest in this one, though.

Thank you so much! Self recs are great, I only have some problems to read fics with this POV. But I'll give it a try and comment it, when I finished it.

And OMG, thank you for recommending Askance's "body of proof". I accidentally lost this fic and couldn't find it. Thanks for this.

I strongly recommend we two alone will sing like birds i' th' cage if you're okay with Sam/Cas as a pairing. Do read the warnings, though.

Thank you. I recognized this fic before (I think I read plenty of DE_NUGIS fics, but it's not exactly what I'm searching for. Pairing would be ok. Thanks anyway for recommending!

Perhaps these from Semira are of interest?

* Homebound: After what happened to his brother in 11x09, O Brother Where Art Thou, Dean will do anything to get Sam out and get him home. The rest they can figure out as they go.

* Respite: After the events of 11x14, Sam's feeling the effects of what Lucifer did to him but figures Dean has enough on his plate. Things don't work out as he planned, and Dean figures out anyway.
