Okay, so not officially a challenge, but I'm going to post this as a sticky on the top of this comm for a little while.  Friending memes (for those unfamiliar) are a great way to not only meet new people but to network and get your fics read (especially if you're new to lj or just fandom in general).  Now, most friending memes I've come across have

Miracles, Sailor Moon, Vampires: Los Muertos, Candle Cove, The Ring, Scream, Paranormal Activity, Dark Angel, Degrassi High, that's it so far

It's all good! Sam/Dean under certain circumstances, Dean/Castiel, Meg/Cas, Sam/Lenore, Dean/Paul Callan from "Miracles" (my crossover OTP), others listed in the sidebar of my journal.

Depends on the subject of the meme, but usually fun. :)

Which work of yours is your most favorite and why?

I love them all for different reasons, but my current favorite is The Apostle of Tarsus because of the basic concept behind it and how it brings "Miracles" and SPN together. If you can't tell, I like doing Miracles/SPN crossovers. :D

1. That's a hard one. I've a lot I love that others don't love as much as me, and a lot I hate that others adore more than me. But off the top of my head... "Blind Date." It's a Batman: the Animated series/Buffy the Vampire Slayer xover that I really enjoyed writing. I thought it had really good characterization given the backstory and situation.

2. I wrote a Buffy the Vampire Slayer/Darkwing Duck xover. I have no regrets, love the fic still, and plan sequels... but yeah, that whole fic could be considered cray-cray.

3. That's a hard one. I think I have one for each fandom. For SPN, I'd say Length of Chain--put some blood, sweat, and tears into that one.

4. Well, my RL name is Patricia, and Tepes was Dracula's name/title (the real Dracula) and I had a huge vamp obsession in my younger years, and hell, I still love 'em.

5. LOL, I don't eat cereal often, but two I do enjoy occasionally are the original Krave and Special K with chocolate.

1. I'd say one titled "Close to Normal." It was written for the Sam Winchester Big Bang and I put a lot more effort into it than I did a lot of my other fics.
2. I don't know about the craziest, but the most uncomfortable was writing about 14-year-old Sam getting a boner during a makeout session.
3. I don't think I've written the story I'd most like to be remembered for. I have a lot of other (better) ideas that I've yet to write
4. When I first started university they gave us all 5-letter ID codes. I use mine when I don't want "real life" people finding me.
5. French Toast Crunch, definitely.

2. Dean being killed by Metatron. I SO didn't expect it and WHAM! And Metatron being so snide and conceited about the whole thing just made me want to chew metal and spit out nails!

3. Ummm... a vampire because these days, they get to be all sexy and mysterious and always seem to be rich. :)

4. None that I can't listen to anymore at all, but some I can't listen to without crying. Such as "1,000 Oceans" by Tori Amos or "Almost Like a Song" by Ronnie Milsap.

5. I would still live here, in Texas. But it'd be nice to have extended visits to Japan, New Zealand, England, and other beautiful places.

1. I love Sam and Dean, of course, but I REALLY love Cas and Crowley!

2. Bobby's death. I still haven't gotten over it, honestly.

3. Vampire. Seems like they've got it easy. Or a witch.

4. Not really. But I have a bunch of songs I listen to NOW because of fandom.

5. Um, maybe Germany? I'm in the good ol' U.S. of A, but I lived in Germany once as a child, and I loved it.

1. This may earn me my crazy card, but yes, I do. Especially in ghosts.

2. Um, a few. My old house was right in front of a Civil War-era graveyard (seriously, rock-throwing distance). And I'm pretty sure I've had two visitations from my mother (once, right after she died, in a dream, and once right after I gave birth to my son).

3. Florence + the Machine, Michael Jackson, Prince, Billy Idol, Pat Benatar.

4. Any form of potato, cheese, and chocolate (not necessarily together, lol)

5. I do of it is something I understand (i.e. I fandom I know).
