One of the boys gets injured on a hunt and the other has to sew/patch them up. A lot of "damnit, don't do that again" and "I thought I almost lost you" and "you can't do that to me" follows along with desperate, life-affirming sex. Blood, dirt, sweat, and alcohol-as-disinfectant highly encouraged.

Sam gasps, his legs twitching, so Dean does it again, chasing the slight coppery-tang until it’s gone, then kisses his way back up to Sam’s hip, bites again at the mark he already left, then moves up Sam’s abs and chest, bites his collarbone then nips at his chin. Sam grabs both sides of his head and pulls him the rest of the way up, leaning up to meet halfway, and crashes their lips together. Sam moans harshly when their tongues slide together, no doubt catching a hint of his own blood

He sets a fast, almost brutal rhythm, slamming into Sam hard and deep. It’s what they both need, the affirmation of life, the desperate I almost lost you sex and Dean knows neither of them will last like this. Dean angles his hips just right, knows he’s hitting Sam’s sweet spot by the sharp intake of breath and the death-grip on his biceps
