Dean always wanted Sam as his mate, one problem is that Dean and Sam both are alpha and when Dean knotting his brother then Sam will turn into omega. Sam loves his brother but he doesn't want be omega- Dean respected it but everything changed when Dean returned to life as demon, now Dean can't control his desires anymore, he make Sam submit and turns him in his omega. Sam is really terrifies when his body and behaviour begin changes (self-lubrication, need being obedient to his alpha, heat), this is a very humiliate and unpleasant for former alpha.
I want focus on how hard for Sam is accepts his new role (even after when Dean is human again)
