Sam had his son with Dean when he was 13 and the kid became his life. Unlike his father and grandfather, the kid was a replica of Sam and was attached to Sam almost all the time like super glue. Now Sam's 17 and once again pregnant with his and Dean's second child. He stays away from any sort of hunt more now and his son is very protective of him. Sam goes into labor as he teaches his son.

Slowly, however, he warms to Castiel especially after he catches Castiel in the show and realises that his babysitter is hot. Dean sets out to seduce Castiel who can only resist for so long.
