Castiel attempts dirty talk, but doesn't quite get the concept. He describes what's happening to Dean's body in detailed, medical terms. For example, he tells Dean how Dean's glands function in the production of seminal fluid.

Dean finds this ridiculous but also unexpectedly hot. If Castiel wants to describe his own functions, that's fine. Top!Cas or Powerbottom!Cas preferred, but bottom!Cas is okay too.

Cas makes a tiny, perplexed sound beside him, and Dean waits for the inevitable. Though he doesn’t have to take his eyes off the screen in the meantime, because damn, the pay-per-view in this place is some quality shit. Sam had taken one look at Dean’s grin on seeing the selection and declared his intent to go out and take in a movie with no cock in it.

Omg! You filled my prompt! And it's a-ma-zing. I loved Dean's cautious willingness to go with the parts he understands, plus Castiel's uncertainty + determination, and also Dean learning new vocabulary!
