So Dean has a huge kink for pretending he's fucking Cas pregnant. He knows it's impossible, but the idea turns him on more than anything. Already an adamant dirty talker, Dean eventually begins to vocalize his kink during sex, telling Cas how he's going to knock him up, how hot he would be pregnant with Dean's child, etc, etc. It's all just part of a hot fantasy for Dean. Castiel doesn't really understand that and thinks Dean is telling him he wants to have kids, and through some form of Angel mojo actually gets pregnant from the encounter.

Really just looking for some hot sex with a semi-cracky aftermath, but I think it'd be great to see Dean come to terms with Castiel's pregnancy and be happy about his impending fatherhood.
