I'd like to see Dean getting his period, but more importantly I want graphic description of him "taking care of it" as in getting the tampons, reading the instructions, inserting it, how he feels seeing the string hanging out between his legs, etc. Sam could be trying to help Dean out by going out to get the supplies, get any food Dean asks for, massaging his cramping stomach, etc. but the most important part is the tampon description.

'Once the inner tube is all the way in, use your thumb and middle finger to remove the applicator or outer tube. (See third diagram). Make sure that the string hangs outside of your vaginal opening. If the tampon is inserted correctly, you should not feel it. If you feel uncomfortable in any way, you may have inserted the tampon incorrectly or the tampon may not be placed far enough into the vagina. Remember to change your tampon ever 4-6 hours
