Even factoring in the quite literal demons haunting Sam's past.
Reccer's Comment: I don't often read non-related Sam/Dean- what can I say, I love the incest angst- but this one was done really believably. The connection was still there, and seeing a Sam raised without a Dean and a Dean not brought up by John and without the responsibility of Sam was fascinating and really well done.
