I haven't spoke to leighann yet but as I haven't started arting yet could you pencil us in for 4th Feb?

may I ask, are you referring to leighannwallace as your author by any chance? If so I am also her artist (your secondary). I talked to her and she said any day was alright with her. So I'll second the 4th of Feb.

I got in contact with my artist yesterday but haven't heard anything back yet. Any day is fine with me, so it's just up to them. :)

Hither I comeneth! The other author I'm doing art for (fullmoon02) is going for the first, is it ok for fine_feathered and I to go on that day as well? Or would it better to take an earlier day?

Sorry, it's one fic per day. If you're not going to be finished by the unclaimed dates than you may dip into the second week. However, we're trying to keep it in the dates listed so its better to aim for that.
